The Dickinson 00-BRI Bristol Diesel Cook Stove is a compact marine diesel cook stove designed to provide both reliable cabin heat and cooking capability in smaller vessels and off-grid installations. As the smallest diesel cook stove in Dickinson’s lineup, the Bristol is ideal for sailboats, small powerboats, and compact cabins where space is limited but dependable heating and cooking are essential.

Constructed from durable stainless steel with a heavy cast-iron cooktop, the Bristol stove produces dry radiant heat while also functioning as a full cooking appliance with an integrated oven. The gravity-fed fuel system ensures steady fuel delivery while minimizing electrical requirements. A 12-volt draft assist fan helps with startup and improves combustion efficiency, allowing the stove to operate reliably in marine environments. Optional hot-water coils can also be installed to provide domestic hot water, making the Bristol stove a practical multi-purpose heating solution for boats and off-grid living spaces.
