The Dickinson 00-PAC Pacific Diesel Cook Stove is a popular marine diesel stove designed to provide reliable cabin heating and full cooking capability for medium-sized vessels, off-grid cabins, and expedition installations. Constructed with a durable stainless-steel cabinet and a large cast-iron cooktop, the Pacific stove delivers dry radiant heat while also functioning as a fully capable cook stove with an integrated oven.

The Pacific model is known for its balanced size and output, making it ideal for boats in the 30–40 ft range where dependable heat and cooking performance are required without sacrificing valuable galley space. A gravity-fed fuel system ensures steady fuel delivery, while the included 12-volt draft assist fan helps with startup and improves combustion efficiency. Optional hot-water heating coils can also be added to produce domestic hot water, turning the stove into a versatile heating and cooking solution for marine and off-grid environments.
